We explicitly forbid the use of copyrighted material and any other third-party intellectual property to generate content using Udio, and it is our policy to disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others in appropriate circumstances.
What do I do if content generated by another user contains copyrighted material that I own?
If copyrighted material that you own is included without your permission in content that another user has generated using Udio, and you believe that this use constitutes copyright infringement, you may provide notice of the alleged infringement to our copyright agent.
